2. Introduction
As everyone knows, the Financial Crisis has great influence on a larger range of economy fields, and almost every country could not escape from it. Based on existing researches, service trade is one of areas which are suffering the impact. My dissertation tries to explore its influence on China- Britain Service Trade, and also want to give some recommendations to the future trades. Due to UK and China have a long history of trade and UK is famous for its service business, but Service business in China is not full developed just at the beginning. So, to some extent, there is a strong complementary between China and UK economy and the service trade could be used for improve both their economy. The service trade between UK and China also become more important than before, both countries are seeking cooperation chances in this area. In terms of these it is a great topic for the dissertation and also arouse my interest, and it also could link the country which in stay now and the country which I came from.

5. Research methods
I intend to use the quantitative research and empirical study to obtain and analyse data, and then wants to use the statistical analysis to analyse the data which is relevant to the topic. Some tables and graphs will be made based on the current data and then draw some mathematic conclusion which is needed, such as service trade between UK and China was much higher than before. The empirical study will be used for explain the evidence which could be regarded as supports to points. The data that will be used meanly from 2008 to now and the data which used for present the situation before the crisis is roughly from 2004 to 2007. This might be change when the dissertation writing starts, because it really depends on the real data which I can find. The data comes from the government research form both Chinese government and British government website. Until now I get data from Office for National Statistics, China-British Council and National Bureau of statistics of China and some other websites. I will try my best to get more data about this topic. Some other examples or cases which are relevant to this topic I will get from newspaper journals and books. These mentioned above may not exhaustive, and will be added through dissertation writing and your guide.
6. Potential limitations
1 The insufficient knowledge of using suitable methodology to support knowledge
2 Limit time to read all the previous research of this topic
3 Some data could not easily be found
4 Maybe some presentation and writing style not meet British academic requirements fully
5 The same statistical information from different country might be not same
6 The difficult of data analysis and description.
7 This is a new topic relevant to Financial Crisis might be hard to find literatures.
7. Resources
I plan to meanly use the Internet to get data, especially in Chinese and British official websites in order to get collect data, as these data could be difficultly collected by individual and the information in the Internet usually up to date. Then I also intend to use library to find some relevant books and journals. In addition, I also want to use some online dissertation databases and e-book or e-journal databases to find some previous research. Excel and Word are likely to be used to make some tables and charts which will be required by the dissertation. I do not fully understand what SPSS is, but I plan to learn it and try to use it if possible. #p#分頁標題#e#
