The purpose of this essay is for you to draw on your personal experience of leadership of an organisation you know either from working for it, with it or from your research.  This organisation may be a small or large, commercial, community or government.  If you are not currently working, then select a company you know or research one you would like to work for. 如果你目前沒有工作，然后選擇一個公司，你知道或你想工作的研究之一。
